How long does it take to build a website?
Every website development project is unique, especially given how we focus more on custom development than site templates. We aim to complete most non e-commerce websites (typically 5-10 pages) in 2-3 weeks. eCommerce websites can take 1-2 weeks longer pending complexities, feedback and site functionality required.
What local areas do you work in?
We’re local, providing Goulburn website design, development and marketing services to the Southern Tablelands regions and neighboring communities. This is because we prefer to meet locally with clients where possible. We can work remotely however, so it’s best to contact us about your locale.
Do you only use Wordpress?
Yes. We are a Wordpress and Woocommerce preferred agency due to the flexibility, features, plugins and software integrations that come with these platforms. The ease of use is also something appreciated by our clients for minimal site updates (blogs etc) too.
Where will my website be hosted?
All of our website packages include support to get your website live, however this relies on you having selected a hosting provider and purchased your domain name. If you don’t know where to start, we can handle the process end-to-end or make recommendations based on your site requirements.
Who provides content and images?
No-one knows your business like you do, so we will rely on your for expertise on content writing. If you need help with copywriting, our managed services are able to help. Likewise with imagery, if you have creative to share this will greatly help your site build and is recommended…however we do offer free stock imagery with all site builds if you’re in a bind.
Will you also maintain my website?
Of course we can. We offer website maintenance as an additional managed service with a range of plans to suit every budget.
